Casey is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, and Meditation Teacher. He approaches wellness from a down-to-earth perspective of what we can do on a daily basis to feel healthy and strong.

During his career in film production, his practice grew from simply staying healthy to finding complete life-work balance while living and working in multiple cities and countries, relying on convenience foods, and maintaining an unpredictable schedule. With over a decade of experience, he shares simple, effective, and adaptable practices to achieve personal goals.​​

Casey is the founder of Peak Balance Wellness and serves as the Administrative Director of the practitioner community Sevanti Wellness.
