Casey approaches wellness from a down-to-earth perspective of what we can do on a daily basis to feel healthy and strong.
Ayurveda provides a way to think about the foods we eat and the schedule we keep to stay energized and productive, perfect for busy people looking for more life/work balance.
Yoga provides the means to be both strong and flexible while continually connecting with the world around us. This yoga is beginner-friendly. Yoga Therapy is not an evolution of yoga classes, but rather a different approach where we work with individuals on building unique, sustainable practices.
Casey weaves in additional background in meditation, personal training, and energy healing to create wellness plans that are effective while still accessible to all financial and timing needs.
