Casey is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, and Meditation Teacher with over 15 years of experience sharing these practices with others to create strength and balance at home and at work.
He approaches wellness from a down-to-earth perspective of what we can do on a daily basis to feel healthy and strong through our daily habits, exercise, and diet.
Throughout his years in creative production and development his practice grew from simply making healthy choices to finding complete life-work balance while living and working in multiple cities and countries, relying on convenience foods, and maintaining an unpredictable schedule. He shares simple, effective, and adaptable practices to help achieve personal wellness goals.
